Auclair's completes bottling production line

Following a major investment to increase production capacity in 2019, Auclair's commissioned a new production line in its Somerset, MA facility. According to Matthew Auclair, “The new line is designed specifically for the production and packaging of the high-quality marinades. We need to meet the growing demand for products, including our export markets.”

Currently, Auclair's manufactures nine different marinades to meet customer preferences and requirements. While steady sales growth has consumed all existing capacity, the nature of the market has required Auclair's to pursue a sustainable means to meet the growing demand for our marinades.

The new line at our Somerset location has several process improvements that we expect will improve over all production efficiencies and bottling standards.
